1. What type of payments do you take? Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit, Cash, Cashiers Check, Wire Transfers (NO American Express or Personal Checks)

2. How many banks do you work with? We work with over 30 banks, Prime & Non-Prime.

3. Is buy here pay here available at The Car Shack? Yes, we also do special finance.

4. What do I need to bring when purchasing a vehicle?
  • POI (Proof of Income)                
  • POR (Proof of Residence)
  • Proof of Insurance with Full Coverage 500 deductible. Comprenhension & Collision
  • Valid Florida Driver License

5. Do you export vehicles out of the U.S.? Yes, customer will need to pay for the shipping costs. We also do not charge taxes when shipping outside the U.S.

6. Do I receive a temporary tag once my vehicle is ready to be delivered? Yes. You may also transfer your current metal tag to your newly purchased vehicle.

7. Will you take my trade in? We take all types of trades. We preffer vehicles.

8. Can I sell my car to The Car Shack? Yes. In fact, you wont need to buy a car from us in order for us to buy yours.

9. Can I have my newly purchased vehicle detailed and washed? We have a proffesional detailer with over 15 years of experience using top brand products.

10. What type of warranty do you offer? The Car Shack offers a standard 30 days or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) which covers engine and transmission.

11. Is extended warranty available? Yes. Length of warranty will be defined by your credit union bank.

12.  Whats your refund policy? If approved by manager, will be returned between the date and hours of Monday-Friday before 6pm.
